• 02/10/10 – 29/10/10: £350
• 30/10/10 – 10/12/10: £325
• 11/12/10 – 08/10/11: £475

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Terms are 30% on booking and balance to be paid six weeks before departure. Prices include cleaning and fresh laundry prior to your arrival. For two week stays the villa is cleaned and fresh laundry provided at the end of the first week.

Please note that a refundable breakage deposit of £150 will be required with the balance payment.
